From Points South:
I-95 North to Exit 133 in Fairfield, Maine. Follow Rte 201 North 65 miles to The Forks. Pass through Skowhegan and then Bingham (23 miles to The Forks). Once you reach The Forks look for our signs. The first one you will see is our office sign continue past for seven miles you will see our blue sign and the bridge crossing the Kennebec River. Take the right BEFORE THE BRIDGE turn onto the Moxie Road. DO NOT CROSS THE BRIDGE follow the Moxie road for 5 miles it will end at Lake Moxie look for the second blue sign. Turn right onto the dirt road go 2/10ths of a mile we you will see us on the left.

  • Travel time from Worcester: 5 hours
  • Travel time from Providence: 6 hours
  • Travel time from Hartford: 6.5 hours
  • Travel time from Portsmouth: 3.75 hours
  • Travel time from New York: 8 hours

From Points North:
Take I-95 south to Exit 157 in Newport. Take Rte 2 West to Skowhegan. In Skowhegan take Rte 201 North. Pass through Skowhegan and then Bingham (23 miles to The Forks). Once you reach The Forks look for our signs. The first one you will see is our office sign continue past for seven miles you will see our blue sign and the bridge crossing the Kennebec River. Take the right turn BEFORE THE BRIDGE onto the Moxie Road. DO NOT CROSS THE BRIDGE follow the Moxie Outdoor Adventures road for 5 miles it will end at Lake Moxie look for the second blue sign. turn right onto the dirt road go .2 miles we you will see us on the left.

going here tomorrow with our friends.  haven't been camping for a while so should be fun.  we're scheduled for level 4 rafting, the scale being from 1-6 where 6 is the roughest so hopefully we won't all die.
